Our return flight from Langkawi to Penang was changed from early morning to late afternoon, delaying our trip back to KL where we have other arrangements. There was no reason given and no way to communicate with you.
In addition, we've only received 2/3 boarding passes for our return flight.
Very unprofessional and unreliable. Won't be using you guys again.

So I missed my connecting flight because my airplane came late and I was talking to both airlines and the only option they gave me was to wait in Medellin for four days and none of them would pay my hotel and then with this time I called Kiwi and the lady from support walked me through the entire process gave me a new ticket tomorrow and give me a €30 booking.com discount to book my hotel so it was a perfect experience. Thank you a lot.

Fraudstar company they are scammer dont buy tucket from this agency. The airline cancelled the ticket and i lost 1400 euro they give me alternative to rebook another flight with additional charges of 900 euro. I claim refund but they already told me that you might recieve friction of claim and after 3 months. They are scammer be aware

if i could put no star i would i think the FAA or whichever department is in charge of flying should check this company out and demolish this company on fraud and theft. I lost $500 they didn't care on top of that their customer service number that says USA WASHINGTON DC1 (202) 844-4159 goes straight to India. I spoke to a man named Javid who didn't know what i was talking about. very lousy very uneducated on the company. DONT BUY OR BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. GO TO KAYAK DONT LET THE SALLE PRICES FOOL YOU THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS. SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO KIWI FRAUDS.

Flight was cancelled so connecting flight has been missed. Absolutely zero assistance provided. The app and website are a complete merry go round of uselessness. Trip has been destroyed because of this nonsense.

The experience with your app was just totally free from stress and easy to read. There were no problems with the flight desks when checking in although Ryan air was the only flight company which charge me £34 for a small ruck sack which easily fitted underneath the seat.
No other operators charged me. Thank you so much for your work and l will definitely be using your web site in the future.

I found Kiwi to be easy to deal with, when I first booked I was a little bit concerned as I didn’t receive a boarding ticket,
However, when I got to the airport everything worked great, the seat in business was everything that I was told it would be, I was very happy with the experience.

I finally got contacted by Boranda, head of the complaints department at Kiwi.com. I told him we were misled by Kiwi because they wanted to have us pay for new tickets on a flight canceled by the carrier. The credit and refund Kiwi offered was a joke. Now we learn the carrier offers a complete refund but it’s too late. Kiwi our booking agent tried to charge us twice. I’ve sent in a dispute through my Visa card. I’ll let you know

My whizz air flight was canceled. very hard to get through, zero customer service experience - insurance policy that they pushed would only cover the cost of a sandwich if flight was canceled. Pushed me to air parks app to claim a refund who will take a third of any costs.
denied any responsibility for the parking that i booked with them in order to get a partial refund.

basically, they are reseeler only book if you are prepared to loose all your money in the event of a any. better off to book direct with the airlines / insurance /parking companies then at least you have contactual relationship with that company

unfortunately, I had to go through some emotions regarding the check-in, I had to call myself to have the check-in done on the return journey (I mention that the call center operator assured me that I would receive them by email without I still need to look for it in your application) to mention that the trip to Venice did not even appear on my account ? but in the end things went without any other problems, I can't give a bad mark for a detail that was not very serious ✌️

Horrible company . The airline my wife and I took made us pay a hefty checkin fee of $150 even though the Kiwi app was at fault, since it wasn’t working during the checkin process time .

When I expressed this issue to Kiwi they offered a refund for the first booking. However, for the second booking they’re only response was that their finance team has deemed that the refund is ineligible etc .

I’ve been emailing them back and forth for over a month with not resolution . I have not had this problem with com competitor sites like Expedia and sky scanner . I will definitely not being using this website in the future .

My flight from Bucharest to Baia Mare was cancelled. You did not help efficiently with finding an alternative flight. You cancelled my return flight to Bucharest without letting me know (actually I was told by your staff that the flight will take place but instead Kiwi asked to refund and cancel the return flight without my knowledge). I have written a complaint about this to Kiwi with more details but there was no response to my complaint.

My flight booked in may 2022 from Manila to London got cancelled and here I am, 8 months later, still waiting for my refund!
No phone number or email to contact, just a very useless help desk with “agents” copying and pasting the same answers over and over again. I paid $1250 and never saw a penny back. I even contacted the airline involved myself and they informed me that the refund has been issued to kiwi.con in June 2022, JUNE!!!!
Kiwi.com had my money since June and no one is helping me to have it back.

The airlines cancelled our flight on feb 12, 2023 so they gave us options to rebook or refund. But rebooking costs more or doubled eventhough it was not my fault that the flight was cancelled, they should have atleast given me same amount. So i have no choice but to cancel. But reading all the reviews from here, and every other social medias, i think i was scammed by kiwi! NEVER EVER BOOK ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!!

Too many additional add-ons, seems like you wanna milk on every little pook: additional insurance on that, additional guarantee on this, changing flight time on that, changing luggage on this, and etc... All i wanted, super economy budget ticket.
